CJ Alexander’s first novel, into the open, out now
CJ Alexander lives in South West England with her husband and two children. They enjoy making the most of their beautiful local area by kayaking, paddleboarding, and exploring the coast path and moors.
CJ has spent the last decade working in the health and wellbeing sector, building her understanding of the impacts of loneliness on our health as a nation, and how connection is the route to better health and wellbeing.
Outside of family time and work, CJ has been enjoying her own adventures as she explores the world of non-monogamy, and the joy, motivation and connection that come with it (as well as the sex!).
